St. Joseph County voters will be asked to renew a countywide transportation millage when they go to the polls in the August 3rd Primary Election. The St. Joseph County Transportation Authority (SJCTA) is seeking renewal of a .33 mill tax levy for a period of four years – 2011 through 2014 – to help fund the transportation services the agency provides in the county.
